Leeds win DSC of Achievement Award

We are delighted to announce that our Leeds branch have been awarded “DSC of Achievement” at the Limbless Association Awards, held on 27th November 2009 at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel in London.
The centre are at the forefront of service delivery thanks to RSLSteeper’s world leading CADCAM technology that will allow the introduction an innovative service model where primary patients will receive their prosthesis in the same day they attend to be measured. The centre is also the first UK centre to integrate and use the Nintendo Wii to assist with gait rehabilitation.
RSLSteeper Clinical Conference

RSLSteeper held its annual Clinical Conference at the Holiday Inn Coventry on 20th and 21st November.
The theme for the conference was technological advances within Prosthetics and Orthotics. Dr David Boone, of Orthocare Innovations, travelled from the United States to present a workshop on Compas – Computerised Prosthetic Alignment System – and Paromed led a workshop to the Orthotists on their innovative foot scanning and gait measurement technology.
Prosthetic & Orthotic Contract Win

We are delighted to announce that RSLSteeper have been successful in winning the Prosthetic & Orthotic contract at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Dorset.
The Contract is for a period of five years with an optional extension of 2 years and will commence on the 4th January 2010.
