Investors In People Award
We are delighted to announce that RSLSTEEPER has received the Investors In People Award. IIP is the leading people management benchmark of business improvement and this is a fantastic achievement for the company, highlighting the improvements we've achieved in communicating, managing and training our staff to the highest standard.
Specific comments were received on recent senior management changes: Over the last few years there have been three Chief Executives, with the current postholder joining the organisation a year ago. Since joining the Company, Dr Gary Sheard has turned it around and changed the focus from cost cutting to innovation, development and growth and has introduced a more visible, encouraging and motivating management style. The Assessor was impressed by the effect these changes have had and the enthusiasm and loyality expressed by the people for the organisation.

The IIP panel recommended that RSLSTEEPER receive the award and painted a very positive picture of the organisation that has developed clear Mission and Vision statements and gives strong evidence of an evergy and committment by staff at all levels. The panel was also very pleased to note how focused management was in helping staff generate ideas and network both internally and externally.
